Fitness Frustration

How would you feel if one day, you figure out the pants you usually put on with belt or safety pin, become perfectly fit around your waist? Well, it's okay. A little increase in weight. Wouldn't that make your life easier because you don't need belt or safety pin anymore?

Okay, let me tell you someting more scary!

What options do you have if, the skirt that usually wrap around your curvy body perfectly now become stucked at your hip? Okay, after a little cRaCking sound you manage to wear the skirt, but.. your flabby stomach then make a round prominent look in your appearance. Hold your breath baby.. Hold..

Option 1: Nah.. do some shopping. Buy a new one. One size bigger perhaps.

Option 2: ALARM {Diet change! Exercise!}

Oh I have a friend who can't fit in his jeans anymore and he hopelessly said, "NVM, I'll buy a new one." Option 1.

I will definitely choose Option 2. I can't believe the 2kg gain in weight is concentrated around the hip and waist area. And the flabby thing... eeuuww.. Why don't the gain go to my b**bs either.. Bigger b**bs are hot aite. I don't mind shopping for a new b** for that gain.. hehehe

Oh.. I can't believe this is my first entry.
